<br />RESOLUTION 85-43 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />ON SCHOOL STREET (PROJECT 1985-2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 85-34 a feasibility study was <br />prepared by Mr. Terry Maurer, the Ci ty' s Consulting <br />Engineer, with reference to the improvement of sanitary <br />sewer service to the properties on the South side of School <br />Street between Jackson Avenue and Proctor Avenue, and this <br />report was received by the City Council on August 5, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance <br />with the report and the asessment of benefitted <br />properties as detailed in the report for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total <br />cost of the improvement of $71,600. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.
