<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ON SCHOOL STREET <br />(PROJECT 1985-2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 85-34 a feasibility study was prepared by <br />Mr. Terry Maurer, the City's Consulting Engineer, with reference to <br />the improvement of sanitary sewer service to the properties on the <br />South side of School Street between Jackson Avenue and Proctor Avenue, <br />and this report was received by the City Council on August 5, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of benefitted properties as <br />detailed in the report for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at <br />an estimated total cost of the improvement of $71,600. <br /> <br />2.
