<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND APPROVING CONTRACT FORM FOR RIDGEWOOD <br />ADDITIONS ONE, TWO, AND THREE BITUMINOUS OVERLAY STREET <br />PROJECT NO. 1985-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project No. <br />1985-1, bids were received, opened, and tabulated by the City <br />Clerk and City Engineer, on the fifth day of August, 1985. Said <br />bids were as follows: <br /> <br /> BIDDER BID AMOUNT <br />Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. $ 54,748.50 <br />Elk River Bituminous, Inc. $ 55,685.00 <br />H & S Asphalt Company $ 56,980.00 <br />Hardrives, Inc. $ 62,637.00 <br />Preferred Paving $ 63,311.50 <br />Master Asphalt $ 64,100.50 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of Buffalo, Minnesota, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with Buffalo Bituminous, Inc., <br />of Buffalo, Minnesota in the name of the City of Elk River, for <br />Improvement Project No. 1985-1 according to the plans and specifi- <br />cations therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
