<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-18 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, that a <br />certain petition requesting the improvement of streets in the <br />Ridgewood Estates Subdivision by installing a bituminous overlay, <br />filed with the City Council on June 17, 1985, is hereby declared <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby. <br /> <br />This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.035. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the petition is hereby referred to Mr. Terry Maurer, <br />the City's Consulting Engineer, and he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposediimprovement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted this fourteenth day of June, 1985. <br /> <br />-7 ^ <br />/ , /kA <br />(:~_:L~/l-~ ... ,.-- ~~::cc <br /> <br />'--'-- <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Richard Hinkle, Mayor <br /> <br />~7~ <br /> <br />Thomas R.
