I appreciate the opportunity to assist the <br />city with this project. This proposal is in response to a request from you and it is organized in the following manner: <br /> <br /> 1. Project Understanding <br /> 2. Scope of Services <br />3. Compensation <br />4. Time Frame <br /> <br /> <br />1. PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />292 understands that City would like to contract with 292 Design Group to develop environmental graphic standards <br />for the new Multisport Facility. The city wants to be proactive in creating design standards that help with organizing <br />and defining the graphic design for such items as banners and signage elements that will be added to the facility <br />by facility partners such as the high school, naming rights partner, youth organizations, etc. The services will include <br />the following tasks: <br /> <br />• Banner Signage Design <br />o Color palette: including primary and secondary colors to use <br />o Layouts: recommend layouts and sizes per piece <br />o Typography: font styles and size standards <br />o Logos/Images: recommend logos/images and their typical placement within the layout <br />• Graphic Imagery Development <br />o Suggest locations for graphic displays <br />o Develop graphic ideas based on the initial work completed by 292 during the building design phase <br />o Develop options to allow graphics to be incorporated into the facility over time <br />• Implementation <br />o Display guidelines: hanging heights and spacing <br />o Materials: type and thickness <br />o Methods: recommend hanging and fastener methods <br />o Placement: recommend locations in the building <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
