UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br />TO:FROM: <br />ERMU Commission Thomas Geiser – Operations Director <br />MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />January 12, 2021 6.1g <br />SUBJECT: <br />Staff Update <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />None <br />DISCUSSION: <br /> Staff continues to work with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. ondesign elements for the <br />field services building expansion. Staff is also in the process of developing ERMU’s <br />contractwith RJMConstructionfor construction management services. <br /> Staff continues to have meetings with T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and <br />MnDOTfor the upcoming Highway169 Redefine project. ERMU has received the Notice <br />and Order from MnDOT which authorizes us to start obtaining material and contact the <br />State’s assigned engineer to schedule relocation and/or adjustment work for the water <br />and electric infrastructure. <br /> <br /> As part of the Highway 169 Redefine project, the electric department is working with <br />Great River Energy on a plan to relocate transmission poles that ERMU service lines are <br />attached to. <br /> <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />104 <br />
