Preliminary audit work involves Inventory observations, Accounts Payable <br />testing, and review of the year’s meeting minutes. The Inventory observation isthe only <br />part beingconducted onsite.It has been a little different not having them in personfor <br />much of the preliminary work, but it seems to be going smoothly so far. The actual 2020 <br />audit field work is scheduled for March 4-5. It is still uncertain if any of it will be <br />completed on site due to COVID-19. <br /> <br /> We have a meeting scheduled on January 8 with Baker Tilly US, LLP to discuss the <br />bonding schedule for the Field Services Building Expansion project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />97 <br />
