<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 89 - 37 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REASSESSING A CERTAIN PARCEL ASSESSED IN <br />EXCESS FOR THE 1988 MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parcel PID 115-000-342306 is owned by Elk River Machine <br />Company and was assessed in 1988 for Sanitary Sewer and <br />Watermain Improvements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment was not appealed during the normal <br />special assessment appeal process; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this property is undeveloped; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parcel does not benefit from the Sanitary Sewer and <br />Watermain improvements at this time; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined this parcel does not benefit <br />at this time because it is undeveloped and the <br />assessment should be deferred until the parcel is <br />developed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River that the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer <br />assessment be reduced to zero and cancelled from the <br />assessment roll as certified to the County Auditor until <br />developed at which time the assessment shall be <br />recertified. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 22nd day <br />of May, 1989. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />1~~ rf L~ <br /> <br />James A.
