<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 89 - 35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REASSESSING A CERTAIN PARCEL ASSESSED IN <br />EXCESS FOR THE 1988 JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parcel PID 115-020-000100 owned by St. Andrews Church <br />was assessed in 1988 for Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br />Improvements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment was not appealed during the normal <br />special assessment appeal process; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this property was assessed based on incorrect acreage; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, correct acreage figures are available; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined this parcel was over <br />assessed in error and the assessment should be reduced. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River that this assessment be reduced to $4,477.20. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 22nd day <br />of May, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />/tzP' c-" ? f' Z;;;Z:;" <br /> <br />James A.
