<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 89 - 30 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REASSESSING A CERTAIN PARCEL ASSESSED IN <br />EXCESS FOR THE 1988 JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parcel PID 117-000-273106 is owned by Richard and <br />Juanita Runallo was assessed in 1988 for Street Overlay <br />Improvements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment was not appealed during the normal <br />special assessment appeal process; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this property does not abut Jackson Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parcel does not benefit from the Street Overlay <br />Improvement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined this parcel was over <br />assessed in error and the assessment should be reduced. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River that this assessment be reduced to zero (0) <br />and cancelled from the assessment roll as certified to <br />the County Auditor. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 22nd day <br />of May, 1989. <br /> <br />~ --~ <br />~ ~"-U /l ~.
