<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 89 - 28 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />S.A.P. 204-114-01 (Tyler Street) from County Road 13 (Twin Lakes Road) to <br />201st Circle in the City of Elk River. Minnesota. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION. passed this 15th day of May. 1989 by the City of Elk <br />River in Sherburne County. Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall <br />hereinafter be called the "City" WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 114 (Tyler <br />Street) from County Road 13 (Twin Lakes Road) to 201st Circle. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the <br />improvement of this Street. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking <br />on both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon <br />certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That the "City. shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the east and <br />west side of MSAS 114 (Tyler Street) at all times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 15 day of May. 1989. <br /> <br />/ ~~ //? ~"~ <br />J~1-? /1,4a--E::'~~~ <br />James A.
