UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />TO: FROM: <br />ERMU Commission Michelle Canterbury Executive Administrative Manager <br />MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />December 8, 2020 2.6 <br />SUBJECT: <br />2021 Performance Metrics and Incentive Compensation Policy Scorecard <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve the 2021Performance Metrics and Incentive Compensation Policy Score Card. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Commission adopted the Performance Metrics and Incentive Compensation Policy in <br />December 2012 along with revisions in 2016 and 2019. This is a company performance-based <br />program designed to incentivize employee commitment Per <br />policy, the metrics for measurement of the designated year need to be determined before the <br />start of the designated year. This allows for changes to be made and communicated timely <br />before performance measurement begins. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br />At the November 10, 2020 commission meeting, the commission discussed potential <br />adjustments to the 2021 Utilities Performance Metrics and Incentive Compensation(UPMIC) <br />Score Card; mainly the Employee Turnover component.
