<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- 13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION <br />HELD FEBRUARY 14, 1989 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that a special <br />election was held in the City on February 14, 1989, for <br />the purpose of voting upon the following question: <br /> <br />Shall the City of Elk River issue its general <br />obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $475,000 <br />for the purpose of providing funds to finance the <br />purchase of an aerial platform truck and related <br />equipment? <br /> <br />2. There were 467 "yes" votes and 70 "no" votes on the <br />questions and 0 ballots were determined to be <br />ineligible, spoiled, or otherwise defective; <br /> <br />3.
