The hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m.—3:30 p.m.,Monday through Friday, except for <br /> emergencies. <br /> 2. Dumpsters, recycling, and/or scrap metal shall be screened from view. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> This application is part of the Elk River Municipal Utilities (ERMU) <br /> building expansion project. The project already received council <br /> approval for a Zone Change (ZC 20-03),Preliminary and Final Plat (P <br /> 20-13 &P 20-14), a Variance (V 20-14), and an Easement Vacation <br /> (EV 20-05). The subject site is at the southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Main St. and Tipton Ave. " CR33 - <br /> The applicant is seeking a CUP to construct a new maintenance facility <br /> and associated site improvements. The site includes several parcels <br /> z <br /> platted into one parcel. The existing homes will be removed,but the RR <br /> power plant and utility building will remain as part of the new <br /> maintenance complex. Hwr 10 <br /> CR 12 <br /> A new detached 48,541 sq. ft. building will be constructed roughly in <br /> the middle of the north half of the site and includes space for office <br /> and vehicle storage. The building exterior will be constructed using <br /> precast concrete panels,metal wall panels and face brick. �P <br /> tiw <br /> The site currently has three access points on Main Street along the west <br /> side of property. They have proposed adding an additional access on <br /> Main Street on the north side of the property.
