A formal comprehensive policy was never formally recommended by the Commission.

Staff started to work on a policy in early March of 2020. The last few months we have received several
requests for bench memorials. Staff researched several other cities with the intention to make the policy
comprehensive and the portion regarding memorial trees and benches more streamlined.

Financial Impact
N/A

Attachments
 Draft Donation Policy
