The plight of the petitioner is due to circumstances unique to <br /> the property not a consequence of the petitioner's own action or <br /> inaction. <br /> 5. Any changeable copy signage exceeding 30 square feet will f <br /> require a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> A,;io <br /> /89 <br /> Figure <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The city and school district are working together to create a sign package for the Furniture and Things Community <br /> Event Center and Elk River High School (ERHS). <br /> The city would like to install a sign on the wall of the Furniture and Things Community Event Center to identify <br /> the building and the main sponsor (Furniture and Things) of the facility. Ordinances currently limit the sign size <br /> to 92 SF,which may not be visible from the street.
