To ensure continuity of the <br /> Authority,it is recommended that the EDA appoint Cal Portner as the Executive Director. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> N/A <br /> Mission/Policy/Goal <br /> The EDA shall appoint an executive director and such other staff as deemed necessary to carry out the <br /> business of the Authority and may determine their duties,qualifications, and compensation. The <br /> executive director shall have the duties and responsibilities delegated to these bylaws and as assigned by <br /> the Authority.
