<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 16, 1963 <br /> <br /> <br />A hearing was held at the village hall on Dec 16, 1963 for the purpose of considering a change in the <br />zoning ordinance in relation to Lot 4 Oak Field Add. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Norris and seconded by Briggs to refuse to change this tract from <br />Residential to multiple dwelling. Motion carried. <br /> <br />This automatically denied the application for building permit to erect an apartment house by <br />Cardinal Investment Co. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />H.A.
