<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 23, 1963 <br /> <br />A hearing was held at the Village Hall for the purpose of considering possible changes in the zoning <br />ordinance applying to part of village north and east of the railway and west of Jackson Street. <br /> <br />Council members present – Johnson, Larson, Briggs. Also Paul Carton, Kendal Houlton and Tom <br />Blackburn. <br /> <br />There was some discussion and the meeting was postponed until June 3, 1963. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />H.A.
