<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90-~ <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ORDERING THE PREPARATION <br />OF A DESIGN STUDY REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />MAIN STREET BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has been working through the bridge replacement process <br />for several years regarding the bridge over the Elk River at Main <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project Path Report for this project was recently approved by <br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to prepare <br />a Design Study Report for the proposed replacement of the existing <br />bridge over the Elk River at Main Street. <br /> <br />2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to prepare <br />and submit the appropriate advertisement to meet the Opportunity <br />for Public Hearing requirements. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this <br /> <br />1990. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
