<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90-64 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING NOVEMBER 23, <br />1990, AS "ELKS DAY" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Elk River High School Football Team will play for <br />the AA State Football title against Anoka on Friday, <br />November 23, 1990; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elks have earned their way to the Hubert H. <br />Humphrey Metrodome through first-class sportsmanship <br />and team playing during the 1990 football season; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, as well as the citizens of Elk <br />River, are proud to have the City of Elk River <br />represented by the Elks at the Dome on November 23, <br />1990; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the entire community will be <br />supporting the Elks during their game for the State <br />championship against Anoka; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council commends the Elks football team, <br />coaches, and the high school for an outstanding year <br />of team play and show of sportsmanship. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River that Friday, November 23, 1990, be hereby <br />declared as: <br /> <br />"ELKS DAY" <br /> <br />in honor of the Elks Football Team. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 19th day of November, 1990. <br /> <br />...)1Ln..t 1/ LA <br />James A.
