<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90 - 55 <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK DEDICATION FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River Planning Commission has studied the need <br />for providing funds for park facilities versus <br />encouraging industrial development for tax base; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River Planning Commission has recommended that <br />park dedication fees should not be charged for <br />industrial developments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has considered this issue <br />and concurs with the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River that park dedication fees for industrial <br />development will not be charged. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 15th day <br />October, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />I~, AU ,,' -? <br />{;.." yV ~;. <br />'""'::: <br />ames A.
