However, visitors, staff, and commissioners in the meeting <br />room cannot hear the discussion from those on the Zoom portion of the meeting. The volume from the <br />Zoom PC needs to be turned down or it creates a feedback loop with the meeting room speakers. <br /> <br />With a closed City Hall, state law requires a means for the public to see/hear the meeting by either being <br />allowed in the Zoom meeting to watch or to have a web stream or cable access. <br /> <br />With public access to City Hall for an open meeting, there is no requirement to stream or broadcast the <br />meeting live. <br /> <br />Due to the challenges of hearing discussions for those in City Hall, would the Commission be interested <br />in foregoing the stream/broadcast to allow the Zoom audio to be audible in the Chambers to improve <br />the meeting flow and participation? <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> N/A
