<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90 - ~ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />TH 10 TURN LANES AT 165TH AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council direction, competitive bids were <br />solicited and received for the TH 10 turn lanes at 165th Avenue as <br />set forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the <br />responsibility of the bidders and determined that W.B. Miller Inc. <br />is the lowest responsible bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to <br />execute, on behalf of the City, such contract with W.B. Miller, Inc. as <br />is approved by the City Attorney for the completion of the TH 10 turn <br />lanes at 165th AVenue improvement according to the approved plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return <br />to all bidders the deposits made with their bids upon execution of the <br />contract above specified. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this l(th day of September, 1990. <br /> <br />~~/!411 -zm <br /> <br />James A.
