Otting House Movers, Inc. <br /> entered into a moving agreement and is proposing to have the two houses at 419 3rd Street and 406 Main Street, <br /> moved by the end of the year. <br /> Once the houses are moved,the HRA has contracted with Veit to remobilize and demo the two basements. <br /> Staff has hired a lawn care service,who will maintain the two properties until they are moved,and basements <br /> are removed and backfilled. <br /> Staff will schedule a developer forum in late October, or early November. Staff will also work with the Star <br /> Nems on an article to help promote this redevelopment project.
