The Orono Park plat includes numerous city and EDA-owned lots and <br /> unused rights-of-way that will be reconfigured to support the planned uses in the area. <br /> The EDA currently owns the parcel that includes City Hall, the Public Safety Facility, and the parcel with the <br /> pavilion on the SE side of Orono Beach. Execution of the plat will require a deed from the EDA to transfer <br /> ownership of the portions of the parcels included in the proposed boundaries of Orono Park to the City of Elk <br /> River.
