<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90-9 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1989 SIGN REPLACEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River needed to upgrade its <br />municipal signage and evaluate the location and <br />message of each sign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received assistance through <br />the Federally funded Sign Replacement Program to <br />complete the Elk River signage program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River, in 1989, evaluated and <br />inspected all newly installed signs to ensure the <br />proper location and message of each sign. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River that the City hereby authorizes <br />the sign locations and designations as stated in <br />the Master Inventory List presented by the Street <br />.
