Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br /> • Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order <br /> which included roll call at 9:04 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. <br /> 2. Consent Agenda <br /> Motion by Debbi and seconded by Charlie to approve the June 29, <br /> 2020 Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign <br /> Window Decals,Yard Signs,and Stickers: Charlie has had several conversations with <br /> the DECA students,who continue to contact businesses.The students will need to <br /> use their personal email addresses to access Dropbox, as ISD 728 email address do <br /> not allow access to Dropbox. The students will update the decal, sticker and sign <br /> spreadsheet once they have access. Over 30 calls have been completed. <br /> Jennifer will drop off some more signs at the two liquor stores and Colleen continues <br /> to send out decals and stickers as requests come in. Debbi will work with the <br /> Chamber Ambassadors on distributing signs, decals and stickers to fellow businesses <br /> and to promote the upcoming"TogetherElkRiver Week" in August. <br /> The group also discussed the need to keep the EDA Business Directory current and <br /> if there should be only Elk River Business listed. The group would like to discuss <br /> these items at an upcoming EDA meeting. <br /> Coloring Page: Kaylin has updated the coloring page and has posted it on Facebook. <br /> There has already been two completed pages dropped off at the Farmers Market. <br />
