<br />RESOLUTION 88 - ~ <br /> <br />4Il A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, application has been made by Northern States Power <br />(NSP) for a Solid Waste Facility License renewal under <br />the provisions of Section 604.l4(2) of the City <br />Code and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NSP has complied with the conditions set forth in <br />their license granted under Resolution 87-9 for NSP <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all the conditions set forth in Section 604.14 of the <br />City Code for renewal have been met; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota that the Solid Waste Facility License for <br />Northern States Power (NSP) has been renewed for an additional <br />two years under the same terms and conditions as the original <br />license. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Q it ..S-2' 'J Ji J <br />. c,l Ie. ,/~--fA_.~-.. . <br />Estelle E.
