The commission recommended removal of the basketball courts and trail lighting to match <br />available funding through Active Elk River. <br /> <br />SRF is currently preparing detailed plans which will later be reviewed by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and then City Council before they go out to bid this winter. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The total cost estimates for the park amenities recommended by the Commission is nearly $3 million. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Orono Park Plans
