The <br />project will impact the master plan for the Youth Athletic Complex <br />(YAC), and the Commission will review the impacts during their <br />regular meeting on August 12, 2020. <br /> <br />Upon receiving a recommendation from the Park and Recreation <br />Commission and the Planning Commission, the Council will review <br />the project on August 17, 2020. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Potential costs will be determined as part of an ongoing discussion. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />The Elk River Vision <br />A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional <br />service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity <br />
