Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br /> Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order <br /> which included roll call at 10:04 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. <br /> 2. Consent Agenda . <br /> - Moved by Kaylin Clement and seconded by Katie Jenison to approve the <br /> consent agenda. Motion carried 4-0.Jennifer added "next week meetings" to <br /> the agenda. <br /> 3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign <br /> Website Task Force: <br /> Katie gave an update on how the forms on the website were going. Next steps on <br /> the website embedded form and directing people to the website. The committee <br /> should decide who the embedded form would need to go to. The group discussed <br /> the chamber's.hot deals page who would manage the page,and who would be <br /> populate the businesses directory page on the EDA website.Jennifer presented ideas <br /> on how can DECA students can be involved.Jennifer mentioned that it would be <br /> helpful if the group would draft a job description for the DECA students. <br /> Design Team Task Force: <br /> Jennifer shared some proposed copy and various layouts.Amanda gave an update on <br /> the banners;22 total,light poles total in Downtown. The light poles on Hwy 10 are <br /> different kind of poles, and the size is different than the ones in downtown. There <br /> are a total of 26 poles on Hwy 10. Amanda is working on getting more specs and <br /> costs for banners on Hwy 10., <br /> Discussion was had among the members on the cost of the banner hangers and what <br /> types to order. The committee decided to purchase 11 triangles and 11,rectangles for <br /> a total of$8,153.00. The cost of the banner hangers would be split between HRA <br />
