Call Meeting to Order/Roll°Call <br /> • <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br /> Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order <br /> which included roll call-at 10:05 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. <br /> 2. Consent Agenda <br /> Moved by Debbi Rydberg and seconded by Charlie Blesener to approve the <br /> consent agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign <br /> Message for the Star News ad and digital billboards—will be published on Saturday, <br /> May 16, 2020. <br /> Discussion was had regarding designing new yard signs, advertising materials, ect. <br /> The committee discussed the addition of three new members to participate in a task <br /> force under the subcommittee. <br /> After some discussion, the subcommittee added three new members: Senior <br /> Communications Coordinator,Kaylin Clement, Economic Development Specialist, <br /> Colleen Eddy, and Economic Development Director,Amanda Othoudt to the <br /> committee. <br /> Moved by Debbi Rydberg and seconded by Jennifer Wagner to approve the <br /> addition of three new members. Motion Carried 4-0. <br /> The committee discussed creation of a design and website taskforce to assist with <br /> design and content of marketing materials. <br />
