Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br /> Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order <br /> which included roll call at 8:00 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. The committee added Katie <br /> Jenson,Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Elk River Area <br /> Chamber of Commerce to the committee. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Charlie Blesener and seconded by Debbi Rydberg to approve the <br /> agenda. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> 3. TogetherElkRiver Marketing Campaign - <br /> Jennifer Wagner lead the discussion on the following items: <br /> 1. Message for the Star News ad and digital billboards—which start Saturday, <br /> May 16, 2020 <br /> a. Kaylin and Jennifer will work together to come up with a message. <br /> The group discussed two-fold audiences—the businesses and the <br /> community and should incorporate the TogetherElk River; dines, <br /> shops,plays,grows, supports, and gives. <br /> 2. Message and logistics for website(s) <br /> a. The City's website will be the catalyst which will have a <br /> TogetherElkRiver button to click on that will go to the EDA <br /> Business Directory page for businesses to submit their business <br /> information and to the Elk River Chamber Hot Deals page. <br /> 3.
