Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The <br />improvements have been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards <br />described in city codes and policies. <br /> <br />Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the <br />development agreement. Staff recommends formal acceptance as of July 8, 2020.
