Tralle, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ..2.1-.!J1. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FOR THE ROGERS ELK RIVER VFW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rogers-Elk River VFW have made application for a <br />Class B Premise Permit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application is for the renewal of an existing <br />Premise Permit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted <br />is Elk River Bowl. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B <br />Premise Permit to the Rogers-Elk River VFW for <br />gambling to be conducted at Elk River Bowl. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Passed and.adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, this 19th day of August, 1991. <br /> <br />~Q =:> <br /> <br />LDri Johnson, Finance Director <br /> <br />e <br />
