Staff does not feel it will have any major impact <br />to the overall YAC Master Plan. <br /> <br />If the Commission recommends the land swap, the YAC master plan <br />will be reviewed and updated by the Commission at a later meeting. If <br />City Council approves the land swap, Copart would like to move quickly <br />and begin construction of their project later this year. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Potential costs will be determined as part of an ongoing discussion. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Land Swap Graphic <br /> Existing and Potential Lots <br />
