In order to <br />compete this project, the applicant will need approval of an amendment <br />(LU 20-02) to the Land Use plan, a plat (P 20-05) to establish the <br />developable parcel, and receive a Conditional Use Permit (CU 20-07) to <br />establish a residential PUD. <br />Planning Commission <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended denial of the Land Use Amendment request based on <br />the limited amount of developable commercial land within the city, especially along Highway 169. <br />Public Hearing <br />Public comments can be reviewed with the Conditional Use Permit (CU 20-07) memo. <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br />The Elk River Vision <br />A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional p o w E A E u s r <br />service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity ,� g /� <br />
