We received 77 <br />applications and interviewed seven candidates. Three finalists had second interviews. Following background <br />check and pre-employment testing, we recommend Justin Ende for this position. <br /> <br />Mr. Ende grew up on a dairy farm where he learned the skills of equipment operation and maintenance. He <br />served as a combat engineer in the US Marine Corps for 4 years operating equipment to construct and repair <br />roads and runways. He has also worked as a septic specialist and, most currently, as a cabinetmaker. <br /> <br />An Elk River high school graduate, Mr. Ende holds a diploma in cabinetmaking and millwork and is <br />currently working on a bachelor’s degree in American history.
