The steps toward considering this approval are detailed in the <br />attached June 26, 2020, letter from MnDOT's project manager. Per statute, we developed the following <br />schedule to meet the deadline: <br />July 6 — CC to set date for public hearing <br />July 17 — Advertise for public hearing <br />August 17 — Conduct Public Hearing <br />September 8 — Council to consider approval of layout via resolution <br />In addition to the above schedule, staff asked the MnDOT design team to consider an open house in <br />early August to further communicate the preliminary design layout.
