<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 -~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL OF RESURFACING OF HIGHWAY 169 <br /> <br />At the meeting of the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />held on the 22nd day of April, 1991, the following resolution <br />was offered by Councilmember Kropuenske ,and seconded by <br />Councilmember Holmqren <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation <br />has prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement <br />of a part of Trunk Highway Number 18 renumbered as <br />Trunk Highway No. 169 within the corporate limits of <br />the City of Elk River, from Jet. T.H. 10 to No. Corp. <br />limits; and seeks the approval thereof, and; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of <br />the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, <br />Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as <br />Layout No. 1 S.P. 4811-58, S.P. 7106-46, 51 (169=18) <br />from T.H. 10 in Elk River to 1.25 miles north of <br />Princeton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts <br />for the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the <br />corporate limits be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />Upon call of the roll the following Councilmembers voted in <br />favor of the Resolution: Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers <br />Kropuenske. Holmqren and Dietz <br /> <br />The following Councilmembers voted against its adoption: <br />None <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor declared the <br />Resolution adopted on the 22nd :1!f::ri 1~ <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: James A.
