<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91- 20 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND RESTRICTING PARKING ON <br />S.A.P. 71-601-13 FROM T.H. '10 TO 4684 FEET NORTH <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 1st day of April, 1991, by the City of Elk <br />River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall <br />hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sherburne County has planned the improvement of CSAH 1 (Proctor <br />Avenue) from Trunk Highway No. 10 to 4684 feet north. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sherburne County will be expending County Street Aid Funds on the <br />improvement of this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on <br />both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed <br />construction as a County State Aid Street project must therefore <br />be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />1. The "City" approves the plans for S.A.P. 72-601.13 (Proctor Avenue); <br />and <br /> <br />2.
