The minutes of the last meeting were read and
approved. Mr. Wruck was present and asked for information regarding a possible change in the
street past the Charles Kurrasch property. The Council advised her that they know nothing of such a
change. She also asked about having a culver put under the sidewalk on this property. The Council
agreed to look into this.

Kenneth Nelson met with the council regarding putting in of sewer on lot recently purchased from
Union Church. He felt that the village should stand the extra expense caused by the fact that he had
to go down 18 feet instead of 13 ½ feet as shown on the blue print. The council felt that they were
not obligated.

A delegation composed of Mac Hamlett, Abe Johnson and Donald Dare appeared and asked that
the alley back of their places of business be oiled. The council agreed to give it consideration.

John Hamlett and Elmer Palmer asked about oiling Spring Street leading to the cemetery. The
council agreed to look into this matter of oiling and see if some arrangement can be made with
Sherburne County.

Con Flaherty and Gust Sunberg also asked about oiling the part of the Nowthen road in the village.
This will be considered along with the other streets.

There was considerable discussion in regard to limited parking in the downtown district.
