Staff
and some of the seniors at the Activity Center tried out the proposed furniture before COVID-19 hit in
mid-March. Many of the furniture manufacturers then closed, but recently re-opened.

The furniture contractor we are using, CFS, is on the state contract. The original pricing to furnish the full
facility was $50,000 over the budgeted amount but we have been able to decrease the total FFE without
affecting staff offices and the revenue producing meeting rooms.

Financial Impact
The grand total FFE is $161,261.48 which is $1,261.48 over the budgeted amount of $160,000. This
slight difference will be made up from the ice arena operating budget.

Attachments
 FFE Proposal Cost List
 Multipurpose Facility FFE Layout
 Multipurpose facility FFE Images

The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity
