<br /> <br />Request for Action <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To Item Number <br />Mayor and Council 4.12 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent June 15, 2020 Justin Femrite, P.E., Public Works Director <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />County Road 12 Easements Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Approve, by motion, permanent and temporary easements to facilitate construction of the CSAH 12 <br />improvements and their effects on the city owned property containing Hillside Park. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The attached easements are necessary to document the limits of the planned improvements of CSAH 12 <br />along Hillside Park. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The county has committed to installation of a retaining wall to limit the impacts of the project into the <br />park at the request of the Park and Recreation Director. The cost of the wall is an agreeable exchange in <br />value for the easements.
