The plat adjusts the property line between the two
existing parcels and dedicates right-of-way along Naples St. Access to
the parcels will remain on Naples.
The applicant submitted the plat to execute a boundary line adjustment
between two parcels. Both parcels have an existing single-family home.
As there is no increase in the number of parcels, the plat is exempt
from the city subdivision ordinances, and falls under the city's Platted
Exemption regulations, which does not require a public hearing.
Parks and Recreation Commission
The Parks and Recreation Commission did not review this as it is not
eligible for park dedication.
Attachments
■ Location Map
■ Final Plat
■ Resolution
Figure I
U
The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community vvith revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional p o w E A E u s r
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity g / URE
