They will be in the existing 23,457 square foot <br />space formerly occupied by Office Max. The facility will be open 24 <br />hours and day, 7 days a week. <br />Planning Commission <br />The Planning Commission felt the request was a reasonable use of the <br />property and were pleased to see the space utilized. <br />Staff did not receive any questions or comments prior to the meeting <br />and during the virtual meeting, no one called or emailed expressing <br />concerns for or against the request. Staff has not received any <br />comments since the Planning Commission meeting. <br />The Planning Commission agreed no specific conditions are needed <br />to satisfy the seven standards for a CUP and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the request.
