ZC 20-02, P 20-03, & CU 20-03. <br /> <br />The applicant, Roger Derrick, submitted a written request to delay <br />the public hearing and action on his applications until June 1, 2020. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended denial of the project <br />during their April 28, 2020, meeting.
