Preliminary Plat for Elk Ridge Center Sixth <br /> Addition <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Open and continue the public hearings until June 1, 2020. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The applicant is proposing a 60-unit multi-family residential <br />apartment building in the Elk Ridge Center commercial <br />development. In order to compete this project, the applicant will <br />need an amendment to the Land Use Plan (LU 20-02), plat <br />portions of two lots (P 20-05), and receive a Conditional Use <br />Permit to establish a residential PUD (CU 20-07). <br /> <br />Prior to the April 28, 2020, Planning Commission meeting the <br />applicant requested the item be postponed, hoping the next <br />meeting could occur in person and allow time to reach out to the <br />neighborhood to discuss the project. <br /> <br />Statutory Review Period <br />Per State Statute §15.99, the required 60-day review period ends on <br />June 23, 2020.
