Staff has been very busy with move in/outs, new services, and <br />title company requests. <br />Customer service staff has been working with customers expressing need for payment <br />arrangements and fulfilling requests from energy assistance agencies when they need <br />additional information for applications they receive. <br />The National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) programming team is hard at <br />work programming our new bill design. We anticipate being able to start testing the <br />second or third week of May. <br />We had to postpone a Business Process Review visit from NISC that was scheduled for <br />the last week of April.
